Son of the Decorated Admiral Hackett who died of a Assassination by Cerberus agents. The New Spectre has been tasked with taking down Cerberus and unifying what remains of the Alien Races against Cerberus but with the Secret of the Genophage cure being a hoax and the Geth raiding Turian Planets things seem to be Burning as bright as ever. Can the new General Put out the Flames or will the Flames Engulf the Universe as it had years earlier.
